one twenty four

SPOKANE, WASHINGTON

One-Twenty-Four is a dramatic adaptive reuse of a 75,000 square foot warehouse in the core of downtown Spokane into 72 dwelling units and ground floor commercial/retail space. It was commissioned by a visionary developer and is intended to serve as a catalyst for transforming the south downtown district of Spokane. The building is comprised of several various unit types and configurations including several loft style apartments with double-height open-plan living arraignments with sleeping lofts. The project is located adjacent to the historic railroad viaduct and uses balconies on all street facing units to bring vibrancy and activity to the public street and complement the fabric of historic context.
