The Sharp Lofts make creative use of an otherwise forgotten and derelict building in the Arena District in Spokane. The concrete-block shell serves as the perfect bunker for the desert modern inspired apartments. Part of the existing building is carved open as an outdoor courtyard space dividing each unit. Carefully detailed wood accents offer a warmth to the minimal modern style, proving that modern can indeed be cozy.
