CARLIN BAY

HARRISON, IDAHO

The Lodge at Carlin Bay is a signature boutique hotel and resort located on the eastern shore of Coeur d’Alene Lake in the Bitterroot Range of the Rocky Mountains. The design reinterprets architecture from the historic silver mines of the region with a design approach that reconsiders what modern mountain architecture can be. The design of the hotel and resort aims to redefine the hospitality experience of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Developed by a local family, the project is intended to be utilized by the surrounding community, as well as vacation and business travelers.

The project site is approximately 5 acres divided into two sections by Highway 97. The north portion of the parcel is comprised of a full-service marina with existing docks, 24 rooms, fine dining restaurant, convenience, retail and coffee shop in one structure while the south portion of the parcel (immediately south of the highway) is comprised of on-site parking, fueling area, individual cabins and luxury RV hookups. The project goals aim to combine the two disconnected areas into one integrated resort setting offering a unique boutique hotel and resort experience.
